Using our on-line planning forms, you are able to manage as little or as much as you'd like.  Each event coordinator/DJ will use forms at your event.  We plan every little detail including your timeline. 

We also print extra copies prior to your event and share them with you, the staff of your venue, your photographer, your videographer and anyone else that would find it helpful.
